At Granavitalis, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food products (such as flours, protein powders, or nutrition goods).
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at sales@granavitalis.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and (if eligible) a pre-paid return label.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed the next working day after the returned item has been received at our warehouse.
Items sent back without prior authorisation may take 7–10 working days longer to process.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if your item is:
- Defective or damaged
- Incorrect (wrong product sent)
We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used food products (including flours, protein powders, and supplements)
- Perishable goods beyond the return window
- Custom or personalised items
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to request a return and place a new order. If you’d prefer a direct exchange, let us know when you email for return authorisation.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 1 working day of receipt.
Please note: Banks and credit card companies may take several business days to post refunds.
International Orders
Orders placed outside the UK are eligible for returns; however, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
